I guess it's not all dead rabbits.

I'm glad that beauty does exist in Radiohead's personal world after all. I'm not an apologist for the band; I haven't liked their last three records. However, there is something unique about one of the biggest and most critically respected bands in the world announcing that in ten days they will be offering their latest record as a download for a consumer determined price. And it is beautiful (the music that is). Some advice to any prospective crooner's out there: don't try to sound like Thom York because, you can't.

JB, I couldn't agree more.
Someone said, courtesy of Pitchfork, of course,

"In short the album exceeds fan expectations by finally meeting them."

Though, I feel your comment about singing like Thom Yorke should be directed toward me.

Paul, everyone knows you are a true crooner, not a proverbial one. Plus, you try to sound more like Britt Daniel anyway.

I have never commented on a blog. But this post will break my silence because Jonathan has touched on a subject we have long debated. Beauty, my love, has always existed in the world of Radiohead. The last 3 albums have been awesome! I understand that many people haven't loved them as much as the Bends or OK computer but, i reiterate, the last 3 albums have been awesome. I am sooooo glad that this album is well received by you because you won't cringe when you hear me playing the cd (just kidding, you can buy the record). Radiohead is the best band in the world.

Liv, this will continue to be a bone of contention in our relationship. Paul - I would like to listen to your music but I intend to never darken the door of myspace again in my life. Can you send me some mp3's?

I once held your assumptions about never going again to myspace... blah, blah, but Myspace is as big as Wal-mart JB, you can try to avoid it, but everywhere you look, there it is... It's just like the South Park episode, the heart of Walmart is you and me... and so the heart of Myspace is you, rage against it thought you might...
But, if you really want, I suppose I could try and email some mp3's ....

I'm not sure I follow you . . . I also boycott South Park.

What is South Park? Wal-mart?
