To be fair, this was a chartered bus from eastern Washington.
Thank you for the clarification Jered. I'm sure that our neighbors to the east would not want to be lumped in with our western Washington snow lunacy.
To further clarify, Spokane has received a record amount of snowfall for December. We actually made national news for it. Which is a pleasant change since the west side knows no bounds in her attention-whoring.
And on this first day of aught niner, we are getting another several inches. Several roofs have collapsed in the last few days. The streets are not drive-able without four-wheel drive. This makes sense, since our city officials spent the snow-plowing budget back in July.
***sarcastic, but well-meaning closing remark***
in case you were wondering, that record amount is five plus feet of snow... and counting.
